Assistant Manager Billing Operations

PRG Pakistan is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Billing Operations to join our offices in Lahore, Gujranwala and Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate should have the understanding of the different medical billing platforms and excellent leadership skills. This is an on-site job. Females are encouraged to apply.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Medical Billing experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor
  • Deep understanding of US medical billing, payer guidelines, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record of managing billing teams and achieving results
  • Familiarity with billing platforms such as Kareo, ECW (eClinicalWorks), Officeally, Tebra, ChiroTouch etc.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency with billing software are essential
