The most suitable candidate should be a leader at heart, with the deep understanding of the medical billing platforms with a result-driven approach. Requirements:
- 12+ years of Medical Billing experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager
- Deep understanding of US medical billing, payer guidelines, and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record of managing billing teams and achieving results
- Familiarity with billing platforms such as Kareo, ECW (eClinicalWorks), Officeally, Tebra, ChiroTouch etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency with billing software are essential
