PRG Pakistan is looking for an experienced Billing Manager to become a part of our expanding teams in our offices in Lahore, Gujranwala and Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate should have the understanding of the medical billing platforms and experience as a team lead or in a similar role with excellent leadership skills. This is an on-site job. Requirements:
- 8+ years of Medical Billing experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor or Assistant Manager
- Deep understanding of US medical billing, payer guidelines, and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record of managing billing teams and achieving results
- Familiarity with billing platforms such as Kareo, ECW (eClinicalWorks), Officeally, Tebra, ChiroTouch etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency with billing software are essential
