Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst specialized in AI to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate with our internal AI department to analyze healthcare data, deliver actionable insights, and support AI-driven decision-making for healthcare practitioners and practices. Strict adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare compliance regulations is mandatory, and familiarity with security and cybersecurity principles is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets to derive meaningful insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards
- Collaborate with AI engineers and healthcare practitioners to optimize AI models
- Assist in identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks within data operations
- Document data handling and analysis processes according to regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles
- Proven knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and HIPAA compliance
- Certification or coursework in cybersecurity or data security is a plus
