Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Supervisor will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s online marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Supervisor will guide a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities in the digital landscape.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and campaigns. Strong knowledge of employer branding, internal and external branding.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Marketing Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing proposals for internal and external stakeholders. Identify key objectives, tactics, and outcomes in proposals tailored to specific projects or client needs.
- Presentation Development: Design professional PowerPoint presentations to support proposals, campaign results, and strategic updates. Use graphics, charts, and storytelling techniques to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of SEOs, Social Media Marketers, Graphic Designers, Web Developers, and Content Creators. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure quality standards are met. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and create detailed weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders. Use data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies. Stay updated on industry tools and platforms to enhance data tracking and reporting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Coordinate with external agencies, and vendors as needed. Technical support to the client based projects.
- Project Management: Individual must have knowledge of Digital Marketing Project Management. Oversee the ongoing projects (daily tasks, deadlines and deliverables) and initiate the projects from scratch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO Tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM e.g. (HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Strong knowledge of Project Management tools e.g. Trello, Monday.com.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint or presentation tools like Canva or Prezi.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Designing, Web Development and Analytics Platforms.
- Excellent English communication and storytelling skills for proposal creation and presentations.
- Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team effectively with problem-solving capabilities.
