Summary:
PRG is looking for a skilled and experienced ERP Technical Lead / Odoo Developer to join our expanding team. The candidate shall be helping with the design, development, and maintaining our ERP solutions using Odoo. This role requires both strong technical proficiency and the ability to lead projects and teams. They will see through the end-to-end development, customization, integration, and support of the Odoo ERP system, ensuring it meets organizational needs and enhances operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new Odoo modules or enhance existing ones.
- Design and integrate custom workflows and APIs.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultant and Software teams.
- Optimize database and application performance.
- Provide ongoing technical support and documentation.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in Odoo backend and frontend development (Python, PostgreSQL)
- Strong grip on Odoo’s ORM and XML views
- Experience with Git, REST APIs, DevOps tools
