Front Desk Officer

Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome guests, candidates visiting for interviews and onboarding.
  • Collecting the resumes from the candidate.
  • Connecting the candidates with the recruiter.
  • Scheduling external and internal meeting.
  • Maintaining the Conference room and Training room log.
  • Answer all the employees’ questions and directing them to the concerned departments.
  • Answer all incoming calls, redirect them to concerned department(s) when needed
  • Receive letters, parcels and send them to right location along with department and concerned person’s details
  • Correspondence via email for general administrative tasks
  • Monitor and update records and files

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any field
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Greet Guests and candidates visiting for interviews
  • Handle all incoming calls and employee queries
