Requirements:
- 5–7 years of HR generalist or HR manager experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms
- Proven track record in performance management and employee engagement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
