Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of HR generalist or HR manager experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms
  • Proven track record in performance management and employee engagement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
