Job Summary:
PRG Gujranwala is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations, compliance, and employee relations of our Gujranwala Office. The ideal candidate for this designation has to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing HR processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Assist in performance management and training programs
- Maintain employee records and support recruitment efforts
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience (healthcare/BPO preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
