HR Supervisor

Job Summary:

PRG Gujranwala is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations, compliance, and employee relations of our Gujranwala Office. The ideal candidate for this designation has to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing HR processes efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Assist in performance management and training programs
  • Maintain employee records and support recruitment efforts
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience (healthcare/BPO preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
