Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Jr. AI Analyst/Engineer to join our internal AI team dedicated to enhancing healthcare solutions for healthcare practitioners and practices. The candidate will be instrumental in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI-based solutions that adhere strictly to HIPAA and other relevant compliance regulations in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven tools and solutions for healthcare applications
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, security, and cybersecurity standards
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize applications
- Document technical processes, compliance activities, and user guides clearly and effectively
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance functionality and security of AI systems

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of AI/ML techniques and frameworks
- Familiarity with healthcare data and HIPAA regulations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Certification or training in cybersecurity
- Experience with healthcare industry software and standards
- Understanding of data encryption and secure data handling practices
