About Us:
PRG Pakistan is currently seeking a highly skilled MACRA MIPS Specialist to join our team for our offices in Lahore, Gujranwala and Rawalpindi. This role is crucial in helping healthcare providers successfully navigate the complexities of the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) track. The ideal candidate should have knowledgeable experience in the said role.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for MACRA/MIPS regulations, reporting requirements, and performance categories
- Assist providers and healthcare organizations in understanding MIPS eligibility, data collection, and reporting obligations
- Provide strategic guidance to optimize MIPS scores and maximize incentive payments while minimizing penalties
- Analyze clinical and administrative data to prepare and submit accurate MIPS reports
- Conduct educational sessions, one-on-one consultations with clinicians and administrative staff
- Monitor CMS updates and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, IT, operations) to implement process improvements supporting MIPS initiatives
- Support audits, documentation requests, and data validation efforts
- Develop and maintain resource materials, templates, and best practices for MACRA/MIPS participation
Qualifications & Skills:
- Min. Bachelor’s in any relevant field
- Age Limit: 18-28
- 1+ Years of experience in managing MACRA/MIPS programs
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, Quality Payment Program (QPP) guidelines, and healthcare quality initiatives
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare data reporting tools
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate project handling
- Excellent communication and project demonstration skills
- Experience delivering training and support to providers and staff on MIPS workflows and specialty-based reporting requirements
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and improvements
- High attention to detail to ensure accurate data submission and compliance with deadlines
