Summary:
We are searching for a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Architect to join PRG’s growing team. The ideal candidate must design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions across the enterprise. He/ She will be responsible for leading the architecture of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities (Shared)
- Design and implement enterprise-wide M365 architecture.
- Lead migration from legacy systems to Microsoft cloud stack.
- Manage SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange.
- Monitor uptime, user access, security, and governance compliance.
- Provide tier-3 escalation support and user enablement.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in Microsoft enterprise environments
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft tenant administration, user identity, policies
- Experience with hybrid environments and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2)
- Certifications: MS-700, MS-100, AZ-104 or equivalents preferred
