Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and strategic Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The individual shall be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient M365 solutions, including collaboration tools, security features, and cloud services. The ideal candidate must possess deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and a strong ability to lead cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise-wide M365 architecture.
- Lead migration from legacy systems to Microsoft cloud stack.
- Manage SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange.
- Monitor uptime, user access, security, and governance compliance.
- Provide tier-3 escalation support and user enablement.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in Microsoft enterprise environments
- Certifications: MS-700, MS-100, AZ-104 or equivalents preferred
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft tenant administration, user identity, policies
- Experience with hybrid environments and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2)
