Summary:
PRG Pakistan is on the lookout to hire a knowledgeable and client-focused resource to join our team as Odoo ERP Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of the Odoo ERP system to meet business needs. This role involves gathering requirements, configuring Odoo modules, training users, and ensuring smooth ERP operations for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workflows and processes.
- Map business requirements to Odoo modules (Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.).
- Configure and customize Odoo functional flows.
- Train internal users and document SOPs.
- Support user acceptance testing and change management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in ERP implementation (Odoo preferred)
- Strong understanding of business process mapping
- Excellent communication in English; cross-regional team collaboration experience
