Recruitment Executives- 2 Openings

Job Summary:

PRG is seeking two mid-level Recruitment Executives to manage sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for the Lahore Office. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple hiring needs efficiently and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job vacancies and screen applications
  • Conduct initial interviews and schedule assessments
  • Source candidates via job boards and social media
  • Maintain recruitment records and database
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on selections
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, healthcare/medical billing preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR softwares is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
