About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Lead to join our Lahore office. This role is crucial for attracting and retaining top talent in the Medical Billing industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the Medical Billing industry.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Manage and support recruitment team in hirings.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of recruitment experience in the Medical Billing industry.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for medical billing roles (e.g., Sr. Billing Executives, AR Specialists, Medical Coders, Credentialing Specialists).
  • Strong understanding of medical billing processes and terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Recruitment Tracking System (RTS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
