Role Summary:
We seek an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer who will design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI and machine learning models to enhance healthcare services and operations. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to cybersecurity efforts to secure sensitive healthcare data.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to understand and translate complex healthcare challenges into technological solutions
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare-specific regulations
- Implement security measures and best
- Conduct regular testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Document processes, designs, and methodologies comprehensively
Required Skills and Tools:
- Python (including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Docker/Kubernetes
- Data Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in AI/ML, ideally in healthcare or similarly regulated industries
- Certifications or experience in cybersecurity and data privacy
- Familiarity with healthcare-specific regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH)
