Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to improve client’s projects visibility, increase organic traffic, and drive measurable results. This role involves a balance of strategic planning, technical expertise, and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to meet business and client goals
- Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve SEO issues
- Perform keyword research for various projects and prepare content plans
- Make detailed on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, indexing problems, and site speed optimization
- Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in strategies
- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly content
- Work closely with development team to implement technical recommendations
- Prepare detailed project reports on SEO performance and suggest actionable insights
- Proficiently use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Moz for analysis and reporting
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in search engine optimization
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
