Ensuring open door policy for addressing all types of employee grievance and ensuring any type of harassment addressed on immediate basis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversees the Hiring and Recruitment process to ensure best employees are hired.<\/li>\n<li>Develops Disciplinary policies which increases the employee utilization and helps in identifying non-conforming employees.<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with all the departments to ensure hiring needs are met on time.<\/li>\n<li>Handles all the matters according to the company rules and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties\/Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop HR related policies to ensuring transparency across all the functions of the company in accordance to the current Laws &amp; Regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring team work and harmony among all the departments of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all the company policies and ensure all the staff member follow the same.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills\/Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree,, Master\u2019s will be preferred , in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of Two years of human resource management experience will be preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employee Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performance-based rewards<\/li>\n<li>Employee Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Leave Encashment<\/li>\n<li>Office Gatherings, Celebrations, and Trips<\/li>\n<li>5 days a week.
