Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests<\/li>\n
Provide remote support to end users in all aspects of a functional corporate network including Microsoft Windows, Network connectivity, Wi-Fi connectivity, Printing, Mobile Device Management, Office 365, Azure, AWS etc.<\/li>\n
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues by politely questioning customers about the issues they are facing.<\/li>\n
Provide administration and end user support for Office 365 \/ G-suite. Perform administration and maintenance of production servers and workstations.<\/li>\n
Perform administration and maintenance of network devices like switches, firewalls, access points etc.<\/li>\n
Perform installation and maintenance of Threat management systems like Antivirus, Content management, UTM devices.<\/li>\n
Monitor Data backup and recovery operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Skills Required<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fluency in English communication<\/li>\n
Amenable to a flexible work schedule, as the need arises.<\/li>\n
IT Infrastructure background, understanding of servers and AD.<\/li>\n
Some O365 skills and experience<\/li>\n
Knowledge of Hosted Email platforms.<\/li>\n
Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

At least one or more certifications\/trainings in the following<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Experience in Windows Server 2012\/2016\/2019, AZURE, and AWS<\/li>\n
Experience in Managing and administrating firewalls.<\/li>\n
Anti-virus installation clean up and protective measures.<\/li>\n
Motivation to learn new skills and technologies. Particularly we are looking for candidate to be able to learn Managed Service Providers\u2019 software \u201cConnectWise and Automate\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
