Job Description
- Makes outgoing B2B cold calls in order to develop and sell services
- Answers questions about Service specifications and pricing
- Accurately and efficiently enters information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those Leads
- Contacts businesses in response to correspondence or feedback
- May specialize in outbound telemarketing
- Responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales
- You are supposed to conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email and chat
- The individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects
- Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
- Overcome objections of prospective customers
Requirements & Skills:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or in a related field
- Excellent written & verbal English communication skills
- Pressure Handling
