PPC Manager Male/Female (Night Shift only)

 

PRG Pakistan is looking for an experienced PPC Manager who has minimum 3 years of experience with paid search campaigns on different Search Engines and Social Media Platforms. You’ll be in charge of creating and managing best in class PPC campaigns. As a PPC Manager, your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple channels e.g. Google, Bing, and Social Media ads.
  • Excellent experience in ad copy writing and ad group segmentation
  • KW research and management to optimize bids (add PPC positive keywords and remove negatives)
  • Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
  • Competitor and market analysis for campaign optimization
  • Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with project goals
  • Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
  • Analyze, monitor and report on ROI for all PPC campaigns to the Marketing Manager
  • Measure and track KPIs to evaluate performance and pinpoint issues
  • Grip on best PPC practices, implementation, and automation techniques
  • Assist in monitoring ad accounts and adjusting bids & budgets as directed by the Marketing Manager
  • Campaign reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience with PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with Google Certifications is preferred
  • Deep, hands-on experience with PPC for B2B (Healthcare Industry is a plus)
  • Strong Analytical skills and ability to perform analysis on tools like SpyFu, Mouseflow, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Social Media tracking tools
  • Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends
  • Experience with Marketing Tools and Techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, Social Media, and different types of Advertisements
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Strong Time Management, Prioritization and Project Management skills
  • Your campaigns are optimized, consistently hitting or exceeding targets
  • Work independently, taking full ownership of projects, proactively resolving queries without delay to timelines, present solutions and adding value at all levels
