Human Resource Associate

Job Descriptions:

The Human Resource Manager will lead the routine functions of the HR Department which will include Hiring & Interviewing staff, Payroll and Leave Management, Implementing HR best practices to ensuring employee satisfaction and motivation. Ensuring open door policy for addressing all types of employee grievance and ensuring any type of harassment addressed on immediate basis.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the Hiring and Recruitment process to ensure best employees are hired.
  • Develops Disciplinary policies which increases the employee utilization and helps in identifying non-conforming employees.
  • Liaison with all the departments to ensure hiring needs are met on time.
  • Handles all the matters according to the company rules and regulations.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop HR related policies to ensuring transparency across all the functions of the company in accordance to the current Laws & Regulations.
  • Ensuring team work and harmony among all the departments of the company.
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all the company policies and ensure all the staff member follow the same.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree,, Master’s will be preferred , in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of Two years of human resource management experience will be preferred.
